I don't have a load. Just got the rifle but what does everyone prefer for this round? |

It is my understanding that 300 gr. Berger OTMs with Retumbo powder make a fine combination.
I just got a .338 LM as well, and this is what I am going to try out first once I get all of the loading stuff rounded up. My new rifle. |

How can you have an Official .338 thread without without pictures? I'd really like to get into a .338, but I think it's going to wait a few years. Next year I'm hoping to add a MG, then I need a Scar 17, ACR, XCR, Tavor, AR-180 and a few others

I like Retumbo, Berger 300 gn Hybrids, Lapua brass and Federal primers. Holds MOA out past a grand.
H-1000 also worked, but ES was a bit higher. |
