Anyone know of a mil scope with a Horus style reticle for 500 - 600$?  I would love an in between.  I simply cant swing 900$

The Horus branded scopes pop up in the EE from time to time, there was one for 300 ish not long ago.

The vortex MOA reticle 2.5-10x32 is pretty solid and well within your price range. I'd take one any day over the PA 4-14. It's a quality little optic and cheap.

I snagged a Bushnell 3.5-21 with an H59 for 900 shipped in the EE. It is possible.
