I'm building up a Rem 700 precision rig and need some help with selecting ring height.  I would like to be as low as possible without potential interference issues.

Rem 700 action
"Heavy varmint" profile barrel
EGW 20 MOA rail
S&B PMII 5-25x56 scope

I am look at American Rifle Company rings.  From what I've heard, they are solid and easy to mount.  Which height would you choose? 0.79 inches (x-low), 94 inches (low), 1.10 inches (medium), 1.26 inches (high), 1.42 inches (x-high).

I would love to hear if somebody was running a S&B PMII scope and what height you run.  Feel free to offer suggestions on the rings, too.
