Bartlein.I just put one on my 22-250, and i am very happy.I know this is not one of your choices, but the options you listed came witha 6 month wait.

It's for an AR. I have a Douglas on a .308 that has close to 10,000 rounds fired in the last 12 years. It will still shoot .5ish but not like it used to.

I went with another Douglas for the AR.

I will be re-barreling my .308 sometime soon so I might give Shilen or another top brand a try.

No reason to go with Shilen when you have better options. Any cut rifled barrel from a top name would be a better option for around the same money. You can check with bugholes and probably find one in stock.
