You forgot COOKING using an ammo can. Just make sure to burn the paint off b4 cooking.

I am thinking about mounting some 30cal cans in the bed of my 66 C10 where the fender bolts to the bedsides.  Figure it would be good for storage, waterproof, not take up to much space, secure (with modification), and won't leave any evidence of them having been there if I want to remove them.  I just want them to hold ratchet straps, bungee cords, spare hoses/belt, and a few wrenches or something along those lines.  I was originally thinking about using a 25mm can, but they would take up to much space since my bed is only 50" wide
