There was a post months back about natural pain relief and other natural healing
herbs, plants and what-not.... Was a very detailed list.....anyones search-Fu better than mine can re-post? I am about 8 deep into a 12 pack and 1/2 lortab from broke toe 
But in a very happy place....

A little investigation will show that our strongest common narcotic is a derivitive of an herb, Not that it's legal to use, though I know asian women who make a tea from it to help with sore throat and diahrea.
