Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - best 7.62x54R soft point ammo for deer?

I know that some of the Russain soft points don't do a very good job expanding.  I can get the Prvi Partizan 150gr soft points fairly cheap, or the Sellier & Bellot 180gr soft points for a significantly higher price.  Any thoughts?

the russin bullits are usually copper washed steel jacketed, thats why they don't expand like a softpoint should. if either of those arn't magnetic i'd think they would do well.
