Last one I cleaned I noticed that there is a little meat on the legs. I was tempted to gut it and pluck it just to try it once, but decided to just remove the breast like usual.

Only the breast here, not much worth it to pick that small bit of meat.

You might have some success with it if you cook the leg separately, but I suspect plucking and cooking it whole would present the same issue as with most ducks, where the leg is over cooked by the time the breast is done.
