Normally I can put a file in Audacity and figure out, but there was too much other noise for that to work for me.

This is some of the worst code I have heard (and I have been copying code for over 30 years.

PS - It makes no sense.

Code is also very slow and erratic. Could be a number of different letters, etc. due to the poor sending ability of the OP. Most likely done on a straight key.
