This handbook was written "In case" there is no transport to a hospital.

Essentially you had yo make do with what you had.

It is 500+ pages. I would recommend it to those who want to prepare.

You hooked me! It looks like it has a wealth of info, and other reviews are good too! I found the best buy on Amazon and ended up buying one. There's certainly a wide spread on the price for it elsewhere!
