They seemed to have the SSTV system working on the space station.

SSTV images from ISS


May have to try & decode one during a good pass, but having too much fun on HF now.

So many modes & frequencies & so little time.

I haven't seen/heard anything out of the ISS in years. Are they actively doing this? That would be cool.

The ISS has been more active on Ham lately, with astronaut Luca Parmitano (Italy) onboard.  He is definitely favoring his own country for contacts.  The ISS call sign for the Italians is IR0SS.

They usualy just have the APRS Packet system running on the ISS daily. Seems Lucas likes to make voice contacts, just not over the USA. There is a fair pass over me this evening, I need to set a reminder to check for SSTV signal.
