Walgreens has Celebrity Ham for 1.99 here. Looks to be just a different brand. Disclaimer: I have not had either- I am just looking at price.

Thanks! Stocked up on them last year when they had them on sale at 50% off; smoking deal. For many of us, hearing aids are literally the diference between Deaf and Hard of Hearing. A lot of us use them to pick up ambient noise so we have a better idea of what's going on around us. Even with them, understanding speech is out of the question unless conditions are ideal (accoustics, lighting, proximity and ambient noise). And yes, I'm an old guy...a GOD (Grumpy Old Dude) to be exact!! One of my young friends started calling me that last year, lol.

aldi has the same kind of canned hams for about the same price. they basically take the leftover pieces and put them in a can. It is sort of like spam in that respect.

Picked up 3 of the DAK's from Rite-Aid, all they had. I don't have a Walgreens card, so I probably won't hit up the celebrity hams.
I'll check back later in the week, and see if Rite-Aid has more. |
