Just curious if anyone else is seeing this I'm in Far West Texas by the way. Before I had to travel to NM where they had Ethanol free stations around, but not many, now I have one right around the corner, its a new Murphys and the pumps have a separate pump for the ethanol free like the diesel. Just curious if this a new trend with new gas stations. Its the first I have seen anything like it!!!  And a heads up if you get a new Murphys in your area, maybe check it out if its not one of your normal fill up spots.

Our local Murphys don't have it but the nearest QT has several pumps that serve Ethanol-free gas. I also saw Shell station selling Ethanol-free gas at each pump.  I try to use ethanol-free gas in my 98 Jeep as much as I can. It runs better and gets better gas mileage with it. Also gas with ethanol is known to cause issues with older cars fuel systems. Obviously, I never use gas with ethanol in any of my small engines.

BTW, I like Murphys gas. All of my vehicles get slightly better gas mileage with their gas.

In east NM we have it but they tell me it's because the EPA says our air is clean so we can pollute it if we want to.

Believe it or not our local Murphy's only within the last year started selling 10% ethanol and it's in the dual pumps (they still have 100% gas).  Until then it  was only 100% gasoline.  It's a small town (15K population) but I can only think of maybe three service stations (including the option at Murphy's) that sell 10% ethanol.  It's been that way ever since ethanol came out.  There is a price difference now between ethanol and gasoline of about .05-.10, that only changed a little over a year ago.  Until then they were the same price.

One location on the island I live on!  And not close enough to go to.  If I need to use a gallon of gas to get it...
