Would you go with a semi-auto shotgun for survival defense or pump?

Any reviews on this forum about the new Mossberg 930 SPX? Would you get one for home defense?

Is is as reliable as a pump?

I like shotguns and i really like automatic shotguns.

I wouldn't be afraid to use an auto for defenseive purposes providing it was proven and i was the guy suplying the ammo.

For an eotw shotgun though when you might have to scrounge ammo and use what you find i'd want a pump simply because they are puting out some really shitty cheap shotgun shells these days....... ammo has usually been the root of most of the problems with auto shotguns i've seen (with the exception of that pos winchester used to make i don't think they'd run with anything reliably)

I'm not really a mossberg fan but that is a good looking shotgun your looking at.......... i have no idea about reliability.
