Yaesu has a bunch of MIRs that expire on 31 Dec 13.
And the Kenwood instant savings are on the radios at every retailer I've looked at. Pretty sure the Icom ones are as well, but have been more interested in Kenwood. No savings on Alinco, so I don't think it's a threat from the Yellow Terror. |

The three Kenwood models you mentioned have had a $250 discount for a couple of years, so its really not a sale.

Don't try to read anything into it other than they want you to buy a radio. There's always this type of sale every year.
