The pictures with the birds was just from one morning hunt. We got into a covey of about 30 quail that morning. Ended up shooting 56 birds between the four of us that day.  Shot some quail, pheasant, and chucker.   Hunted in Webber, Kansas one day and Rush Center for two.

How did you find chukars out there, were you shooting farm raised birds?  Looks like you found yourself some prairie chickens, or those are just hens, can't tell from the pics.

Yeah those are chukars and we were at a shooting farm. No prairie chickens........

I went on my first pheasant hunt this weekend. Man what a blast... Nice harvest and nice pictures.
