How much bleach do I need to add for long term storage for tap water per 5gals? Thanks, AZHONKY

I think the general consensus is to store the water without anything then add bleach when you use it. I'm sure someone will be along in a little while to link to the "official" water storage thread.

Directions to prep suspect water for drinking NOW:
iirc, it's 12 to 16 drops of plain (non scented) household bleach per gallon, shake/stir, let sit for about 30 minutes. There should be a slight chlorine odor. If not, re-treat.

I can't remember where I found it but I came up with 3ml and I use a free dropper I got from the local pharmacy.

No, add bleach when you fill the container!  The bleach acts to sanitzie and keep anything from growing in the water.
