Went to the gun show today in Springfield, Missouri, and found the one thing I've been missing from my arsenal all these years.

Now my life is complete.
By the way, the show was so full of people today that it took an hour to get from the highway to the grounds, a distance of about 1/4 mile.

Nice knife.

Were there any black rifles? What was the cost?

Same questions regarding ammo.

I was in a gun shop about a year ago when I first saw one of those.   The clerk was showing the knife to a young customer and an old Marine saw it.  I over heard him say, "If the Old Man ordered "Fix bayonets" and you pulled that out.  He'd likely shoot you in the head."  Damn, that was funny right there.

There were LOTS of black rifles and ammo, and the prices were high. Plenty of people were carrying guns around to sell, and the vendors were pulling in cash as fast as they could. The organizers must have made a nice profit just on the $10 they collected from every adult that entered the show, and plenty of vendors paid for booth spaces. Obama sure gave the gun trade a shot in the arm. Too bad it was accidental.  ;)

I got something like that in a zombie green color. Crazy sharp. Fits great on the rail under my XD. For the zombies, of course.

As for guns shows, the gun show here was ridiculous. They had so many people they had to throttle the flow rate of people because the convention center was at capacity. The line to get in at one point was 300yds long.

There were a only a few black rifles, really a fraction as many as back in November. Prices were about 1000-1200 for AKs, 1500 for no-name or frankengun ARs, 3000 for brand names.

Ammo was slim, a dollar a round and up for 223. What ammo was there was selling and was going to be gone by the end of the day. Sales on the EBRs weren't too good due to the prices, didn't see anybody leaving with one in a box. Handgun prices were pretty much pre-hysteria and they were LEAPING off the tables. I've never seen as many people walking out of the show with brand new pistols as today. I guess they all saw the prices on EBRs and decided to get a pistol instead. The Arming of America continues unabated, it would seem.

They also make them for much smaller pistols

I passed on that stuff as well. I'm set for a while unless I take a class or something. Then I may be hurting.
