If it is indeed salmon we are talking about, I do it a couple ways. First is put your fillets or half fish, on some tinfoil, season with salt, pepper, and fresh lemon juice, wrap up in foil like an envelope, bake in 350 oven till done. Enjoy. oooooorrr If you have a steamer, put vegetables in bottom of steamer, put salmon on top, steam till cooked, season with lemon, enjoy.

Capers and oinions also go well with salmon.  Sauteed in butter.  mmmmm

الطريقة

4 اكواب طحين ابيض
2 كواب طحين اسمر
كيس خميرة فورية
شوية ملح

تدلك العجين جيدا توضع في مكان دافئ الى ان تخمر يصنع منها اقراص توضع في صيتية مرشوشة بالطحين تترك مدة 10 دقائق وبعد دلك يفرد القرص باليد المبللة بالماء احرصي على ان يكون الطحين من تحت الخبزة وعند وضعها بالفرن خلي الجهة الي بها الطحين من تحت لكي لا تلتصق والجهة الي بها الماء من فوق ليعطي لون دهبي للخبزة خلي الفرن على اعلى شئ عل broil وخلي الخبز تحت وعندما تتحمر قلبيه وضعيه فوق قليلا لكي تتحمر من تحت بس قليل وبالعفية

For those not so technically inclined, I've done a quick translation..


How

4 goblets white flour
2 Phonm grindings black
Yeast immediate bag
A little salt
