Guys how long will flour store in mylar bags with O2 obsorbers?

4 or 5 years maybe.  I think it will go rancid at some point.  If you can keep cold probably longer.

The LDS cannery order form shows white flour in #10 cans or mylar with a 10+ year shelf life.  Keep in mind they know how long ago theirs was made, which if you buy it at the store you might not know.  Also, flour (or anything similar) can be a PITA to store in mylar.
