It was a lot later getting dinner done than I expected, so no pictures. It was a really different dish that used both the stem and the greens with caraway seeds and lots of paprika. Easier to look here than for me to describe it.

Looks great.  How large did your Kale grow?  Leaf size?  Ever grow Red Russian Kale?
