Does anybody have a vendor they love for brown rice in #10 cans? I eat brown instead of white for nutrition reasons, and I'd like to put a bit away.

I've been buying the organic 2lb bags, and keeping a stock of a few.  I know sam's has 20lb bags of Basmatic rice, which I think is brown. So I could do the dry ice  canning method myself.

FYI. Brown apparently has less shelf life than white, but much better nutrition.

Per google, I see https://www.usaemergencysupply.com has it and others. So I'm looking for vendor recommendations.

You'll probably have better success buying what you like and putting it up in mylars. Because of the fat content in brown rice, it doesn't store LT, which defeats the multi year storage purpose of cans. Freezing it will extend its storage life....at the cost of freezer space/energy
