Alright, I know there is a lot of crap circulating about what is going to happen
to ammo and arms.  I went to my local army surplus and the owner yapped about
a 500% tax day one of the Barack Oshit Reign.  I don't know much about how
these things work.  If it was not on an after school special, I don't know it. . . I'm just a bill. . . on Capital Hill.  

Is it possible for the president to institute a tax of that magnitude on a whim?
