When I go light I use one of my 8' 0wt rods. I have fished a 2wt before I just like the 0 better.

It seems wind is usually in play so my lightest is a 3 wt.

I'd love to have a 0 or a 2 wt. just for bluegills, or even big chubs.

I'm contemplating a 3 but I might end up with a 5. Can't decide. No trout around here so I want something fun for panfish.

I wound up with a 7 1/2 ft 3 wt. I love it, haven't caught anything with it, yet.  I had no idea there were 0,00,000,0000 weight rods.

My go to small stream rod is a 7'6" 2wt with an early Ross R-1 on it. I love that setup!

On a two day steelhead trip a couple of weeks ago some good hatches came off. My clients brought their 0wt Sage and a 4wt Orvis split bamboo out to play. We had a good time catching 10-15" rainbows and cutts.

I like the 0 wts but still go to the 2wt most of the time.

Nothing wrong with that, we each have different likes. For me I go with the following sizes (with single hand rods): 0, 5, 7, 9

TFO Finesse 1 wt here.

I love it for panfish. Caught a 14" brown on it last year while fishing the Rio Grande in CO.

7'10"  2wt Sage LL is one of my favorites for tossing small foam ants on small mtn streams. I also use a 7' 3 wt Sage TXL. I love light rods on small streams and eager fish.

Lightest I have is a 4wt. I'd like to get a 2wt. that breaks down into six or more pieces for backpacking to high trout ponds here in Maine. Only problem might be the wind at elevation? I don't have much experience with the light rods.

I have a 2wt Winston that is by far my favourite back country rod.

smallest, lightest i have so far is a 6' 3wt..for trout on the small creek near the house.
smallmouth/panfish rod on the other creek is an 8' 5wt...stepped down from a 8'-6" 6wt.
river rod is a 9' 8wt, huge water, crystal clear in the summer. the place once had huge bronze backs, but now it's pretty much dead.

My Echo Carbon 7'3" 2wt is my go to rod.  Love that sucker.

Just google "Ultralight Fly Fishing" and you will be exposed to a whole community of people who despise anything bigger than 3wts... it's pretty interesting.
