We don't use FedEx as a normal shipper, so this is odd. Unless requested, we don't ship FedEx at all, as we use UPS and USPS pretty much standard.
I'm guessing you must have sent your problem to the "customer comments" section of the website, which sends your comments to the web host, not DPMS. The e-mail for dpms can be found on the site, but it's email@example.com. I checked old mails and didn't receive anything about this, or it would have been answered monday.
