Personally, I believe that putzes should give companies such as Magpul the chance to deal with the problem first before going on a mangina-sized bitchfest on a web forum.

He gave them more than a chance. You did not read the thread did you? And I am sure with the publicity the people
at Magpul that matter will take care of it. Been treated this way myself by lummy employees and it takes a lot of
time and effort to straighten out all because someone didn't do their job. I guess you missed the part where they
turned a paying customer in to a collection agency when it was their fault not his. Typical corporate blunder.
