Please PSA, I need help with an order. I placed an order for an upper on 12/19, and when it came in, it came without hand guards. I sent an email over a week ago, and still no response, and I cannot get through on your CS line no matter what time I call. I just called at exactly 5:05am and get same message.
I have another order that I just placed that I would like the missing hand guards shipped with, and I would also like to add something to my order.
