well, as I stated yesterday, I can't make calls from work, so I emailed my girlfriend, so she could call in and cancel the order. She didn't recieve the email until it was too late to call. So I figured I would call before work today.
Funny thing too, he told me my order was "pink slipped" I asked why and he said they were out of stock on some of the parts...and it should ship "sometime this week" But when I called in the order, the salesman told me EVERYTHING was in stock. This is what I'm talking about. I was already told twice it will ship the next day. How are you going to make it right? It's already a bad experience for me, and I will do all I can to NEVER mail order from Bushmaster if I can help it. What, will you toss is a free sticker or T-shirt?
I don't feel it's neccesary to give you my name, I actually would like to see how this pans out on its own.....see how many times I'm told it's going to ship tomorrow, see how many times I have to call and check on my own. I'll update everyone here as to the status.
And if you read my original post it says ALMOST 2 weeks ago, not over two weeks.
And I think it's cool their busy too, but be HONEST when things will ship. That's ALL!
If you REALLY want my info, go to customer service and find out who just took a call about a "pink slipped" order.
Of course I would rather wait for quality, but TELL me I'm going to wait. Like I said before I HATE being told what I want to hear.
I guess I just don't get it, if I did this in my business....told someone an item will ship today or tomorrow, and 2 weeks later....nothing. My head would be on a platter.
