I have called a few times to place an order and never has anyone ever answered. It also says the inbox is full.  The recording says that you are open. Anyways I wont put my credit card on your website (doesnt matter how secure it is). Wish you made it a little easier to order because you have great prices.

They cant answer the phone because of the deals their spitting out, their busy filling our orders

They are secure, the website is easy to use, if it's not in stock it won't let you order it.  That simple...

Those great prices make them very busy. It usually takes me a call or two to get in. I have used their online secure site a dozen times with no issue.

I got through on the second time calling them today with no problem.

They have answered when I called.

What's your problem with using a credit card on their website?   Or is it you don't order on any website?   It doesn't get ANY easier than ordering online.  

I have placed 6 cc orders in the last month... no issues...

It is a very friendly site and they will not burn you...

Trust is hard to give... just give them the chance...

We are trying to keep up with the phone calls and e-mails. It is not that we are not answering the phone, it is just that the phones are overloaded. Our current phone system can not handle our current phone call volume. Please keep trying and you will get through.

You can also e-mail your phone number and name to us at [email protected] and we will call you.

Now that I know to keep trying, I will be placing an order. I don't use my credit card on any site, nothing to do with PSA.   Guess Im just to nervous about online things because I got signed up for some social network thing on my smartphone. I never signed up for it but they started charging me $9.99 a month on my verizon bill. Three months went by b4 I caught on. I kinda flipped out with Verizon because they said there was nothing they could do for the previous charges. I said oh yes, you are the ones that put it on my bill. We went round and round. They ended up reimbusing me. Come to find out, my phone number was taken from my facebook. Still don't understand how they can just try to charge me for something I don't agree to. I put all blocks on my Verizon account so it can't happen again. Anyways that's why Im very nervous about it.
Can't wait to order from PSA now lol prices are great.
