Dear PSA representative, remember the last post half month ago? https://www.ar15.com/forums/t_2_301/280466_Ordered_PSA_premium_BCG__Got_freedom_.html I ordered a premium BCG with HPI/MPI marking, not the "MP" one. But disappointingly, you send me "PM" marking freedom BCG again, and in the same card tube I sent back to you. 
Look at your webpage for the freedom bcg. The freedom BCG is marked "MP". http://palmettostatearmory.com/freedom-5-56mm-tested-full-auto-bolt-carrier-group-mp-507608.html while the Premium BCG marked with HPI/MPI. http://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-5-56-premium-hpt-mpi-full-auto-bolt-carrier-group-no-logo-39339.html All links are from your webpage. I never manipulate anything. In one word, I just want what i paid for. If MP and HPT/MPI are the same thing, OR if premium and freedom are the same item, please dont make so much confusion. Clarify it. I revised my post, because i dont want to waste my time on endless replies. I give up. Hopefully, this post will help others. for those saying dirty words in other threads, enjoy your muddleheaded life. |

Good luck. PSA seems to be taking care of it. Over the years I have accrued several "Premium" BCGs with different proof marks. I thought it to be normal.

FN bolt should be an big sell point. just like the PSA CHF uppers, they mark every key words, CHF, "Machine Gun Steel" barrel, Extra-thick chrome-lined bore, etc.

You are paying $10 dollars extra for it to be laser engraved MPI/HPT? And maybe the extractor o-ring? They appear to be differently sourced. I am no expert, but I don't think PSA wants to rip anyone off.

I am not gonna pay extra bucks for the HPI/MPI marking, because PSA priced HPI/MPI item, and I paid that much. I think I deserve what I paid for, which is also PSA promised product.

So which is supposedly the FN BCG?
I have two PSA Premium BCGs and one Freedom. Cannot tell the difference in machining/assembly quality, all three at least look well made, and I've had no issues with any of them. From the product spec pages they both appear to be MPI/HPT. |

Your BCG was Mis-packed. Please Contact Customer service for a replacement, or IM us here. While the MP Bolt is indeed a tested Bolt, it is not what was advertised. The BCGs should be marked as the label indicates. We apologize for the inconvenience. |

FN outsources parts for the same reason any other company does, and we share some of the same sources. We do not buy BCGs from FN. |

Please tell me how to get the replacement. It will make me more than happy to get an premium BCG with logo if it is still on sale at the same price as this one. :) I am sure it should has HPT/MPI etched. People make their lives much more difficult than they need to be. OP do you find that you have these sort of issues with retailers often?
