My father and I have been trying to get an update on this order and to be honest the communication from your company has been pretty lacking. No idea why you have a phone# since it is never answered and a message cannot be left. I know that it is the holiday season, but the order was placed on the 17th and you charged my fathers card right away. The item showed in stock at the time of order. It is now the 28th and we still dont know what the status is. You replied to one inquiry (10 days after the order) asking why the different billing/shipping addresses. Not sure how that is an issue, but it was ordered by my father to be shipped to me.
Please let us know what is going on. If you dont have the item, please just give us a refund so we can purchase elsewhere and move on. If you do have the item, please can you give us an eta as to when you will get around to shipping it.
