Just as an update. I retorqued the URX4 to around 90 ft/lbs.
I first torqued it to 80 ft/lbs, and it didn't quite clock all the way. I then set it to 100 ft/lbs, and it clocked before clicking over.
Unfortunately, accuracy has suffered significantly after this. When torqued to 30 ft/lbs, this rifle was shooting groups in the .5-.6" range. Now it is shooting closer to 1". Seeing as how this rifle will be used for gas gun precision matches, I'm going back to 30 ft/lbs, and just accepting the risk of it rotating.
