I tried to send this via email, but I haven't the foggiest if it worked or not due to Africa's poor internet. Anyway, Long story short:
I'm a troop deployed overseas, due to ETS in a couple months. I've been accepted into Trinidad State's Gunsmithing program, and have a few months' gap between getting out of the military and school picking up. I realize that your products probably dwell more on the precision CNC side of the spectrum, but I thought I might ask you a few questions anyway, as I know you're a straight shooter.
I want to take some machinist classes before I attend school to get a head start. As an employer, what skills do you value most? Are there any particular machines I should know how to operate? What about welding?
Any information you can provide would be fantastic.
Thanks,
Wicked
