I have been into night vision for years and wanted something better than my old gen 3 monocular. I did not just want to drop so much money unless I was certain the price was worth it and that it would be a big improvement over what I had. Man, did it ever deliver. My only night vision purchase that left me completely satisfied. It does what they said it would and besides that they were great to talk with. Worth the wait and the money completely. I second the sentiment...call them and buy with confidence. |

A few questions have arisen about our 10 year warranty and is it transferable? YES buy aftermarket in confidence. As long as the used unit you may be purchasing has the serial numbers and we can track it, the warranty is now yours. This is another great way to own some TNVC product.

I've been running the PVS-14 Omni VIII that I bought from you girls for several years without a single issue. You say there's no perfectly clean tubes, but if there's any black specks on mine...I haven't found them yet. (the data sheet claims there is two, but they're so small I can't find them.)
I'm also enamored of the IR Hunter MKII I bought from you. That was purchased just a couple weeks before it was announced that Trijicon had bought them. It too performs flawlessly. TNVC should be your 'go to' if you're in the market to own the night. |

Also an important point, we don't grade our tubes as "B Grade", "P grade/s" this or that nor does the actual tube manufacturer!
Each of our tubes from Harris/Elbit or L3 in which we deal direct are the best specs out there we contract for, thus sometimes there is a wait. IF by chance Nightgoggles our sister company sells any lower spec tubes, they will CLEARLY state that without the play on the P grade, B grade or whatever word and inform you the consumer what you are really getting in your system. There IS a reason some ultra low priced dual goggle systems and some PVS-14's you may see out there go for $1999 and these systems have low FOM or something else within the tube specs that are very low. We're not a re-seller and have absolute CONTROL of all our tubes in-house and that is why we proudly offer a LIFE TIME system warranty. This is why we started building all our systems many years ago. When your shopping for your next NVD, be sure to ask where it's made and who controls the QA with your hard earned dollar. Also ask if the system goes down, who repairs it and who might be the 3rd party you have to send your system to?. Another reason we build everything in-house in the unlikely event with any of our systems. We do have an under 1% return rate based on thousands of systems proudly built for our valued customers. We're here to give you the best customer service without the middleman talk and the best gear for your money. Call or write us anytime, we're here to educate first and foremost and thank you for all the amazing business! |

Another important aspect is our components. We ONLY use Mil-Spec parts in all our gear and do not source aftermarket gear that is not current true Mil-Spec. This includes all the glass that makes up our builds from a FULL fledged Mil Spec source such as Carson. We have looked at all the Israeli, AGM, Chinese, etc. glass and they do not meet our quality internal checks for edge to edge sharpness. We will not just save a few bucks and offer these substandard pieces into our builds, our customers have always come to expect this from us. This also goes for NightGoggles as well, as glass components are the key to clear UN-distorted edge to edge clarity in a modern Gen 3 device or even Photonis tubes.
This also goes for PVS-14 battery housings. Carson has also been selected in 2017 to supply the US Mil with battery housings. This contract was a shared award, but to this day Carson has been the ONLY company that has been supplying 100% of the contract due to building to the exact specifications required without failure and NOT using substandard Chinese parts. The next time your looking for parts for any NV builds and or complete setups, be sure to ask your Vendor EXACTLY where their parts are sourced from. Your hard earned dollar deserves transparency at ALL times! Thank you for your continued business and confidence. TNVC |

We were told recently we are now the largest L3/Harris distributor for NV tube sales in North America. We wear that hat proudly and we want to thank each and every one of our customers who trust our build process for both our PVS-14's and goggle systems. We still build custom for each order (never charge you extra for higher specs you may desire), all in-house built and never depend on someone else to build or ship our gear! When you spend thousands of dollars on gear, you expect the best and not a middle man to handle your expensive investments.
Thank you. |

I'd like to add something here. I DID NOT buy all my tubes from TNVC.
Most of the rest of my gear was purchased from them. But not the goodies I got at the start. My binos came from another company with a good rep. Are they good? Yup. Great, in fact. But not quite as good as what I have since recieved that was built at TNVC. What's important, though, is that the other company did not rip me off or mislead me. The fact is, they got me the very best that they had available to them. At the time, it was a housing that only they had. And I was happy. Still am. Great product The device I most recently purchased was built by TNVC. The tubes are better. No doubt. My longtime experience using NODs allowed me to see it right away. The breakdown is that the very best available from the other company wasn't as good as the tubes from TNVC. I believe the purchasing structure they've built with the manufacturers gets them the best out there. For me-end of story-no other choice going forward. |

View Quote Thank you for your continued trust in our NV gear. We know there are other choices out there and I posted this elsewhere. One other point about our commitment to you. We're also not a commission based NV company, where you pay us a certain commission fee and then we send you to the real manufacturer to pay the rest of the monies due! We have never operated this way, nor will will ever expect our customers accept that sort of service. When you pay thousands of dollars, you should expect a one stop shop with a in-house warranty that also does not get re-routed to another manufacture. Thank you for all your continued business and we will always strive to be the best customer service driven NV company for your trust in us! Do we ever fall on our sword? You bet, but we get back up better and better each time we do that builds the longstanding relationships with all our customers! Thanks again Swinshoot for your business, we will always strive to be the best we can. |
