I believe y'all know where you are lacking in CS/QC. If not y'all are beyond dense, and I know that y'all aren't at all. IMHO, as long as y'all fix the problems, and implement things as mentioned above, y'all will be unstoppable. I'm still new to the AR world, but I have already made my mind up on who my go to companies are. Y'all are the first sometimes second go to place for me, but I do find it discouraging with all the complaints I read, even if they were only posted in the sticky provided and not made into a thread.
Y'all offer so much and I hate to see you lose customers over something as simple as an issue with organizing your workforce. I especially don't want to see y'all become just another company that a person can buy some stuff at.
