Do you get notification when your form 4 is sent if you buy a stamp and single shot trust ?
How long does it usually take from time of using the Kiosk and submitting a photo till Silencer Shop sends out the form 4 to the BATF |

As far as when the form 4 is submitted it depends on the form 3 times. We try and submit before the form 3 is approved. You get notified when the tax stamp is cashed as well. |

We have to file a form 3 to transfer the silencer from us to your dealer.

it was at my dealers shop already he was a powerd by with a kiosk

Oh I'm sorry in your original post you didn't mention that you were buying from a dealer that has an item in stock and is using our system.
In that case once you have bought the tax stamp, submitted your fingerprints and photo, and assuming that you are using a Single Shot Trust. It is usually filed within 24 hours unless it is a weekend. |

So I purchased the suppressor did the Kiosk thing Sat 3-25 ordered the One shot Trust / stamp On Monday the 28th. Called silencer shop On the 31st to see if you had everything you needed and was told my photo needed to be redone due to the background I sent that in within 20 minutes of the call on the 31st.
I have not received any notifications or further instructions. just to be clear I am in no way mad or no way in a hurry I have several NFA items and know there is nothing fast about the process but I am trying to make sure everything is in order. |

The reason that it has not been filed is that the dealer did not assign you a silencer. The dealer needs to enter in your name and email and attach a silencer to it.

I called and talked to GTX guns this morning and they confirm that you have contacted them multiple times so I guess my frustrations are being taken out on the wrong place.

Well I got an email from you with a Silencer Shop Kiosk Code and it says to go to a kiosk and enter it. I assume this is just an automated message. When I purchased the suppressor I did the Kiosk thing and the code I used is the same code that was just emailed to me.
So does this mean I am now good to go or do I need to go back and re enter my info. |

If you got the email to sign then we have everything.
Don't worry about the questions I know it can be a difficult process at times. We do our best to keep it simple but sometimes things happen. The next time will be much smoother especially if you order direct. |
