Why didn't you read the thread? In both of my last two posts I mentioned calling......
Additionally it's hard to call when they close at 4 CST.. I mean for those of us that work for a living, we have to take time out of our work day on the clock to resolve an issue that should of been properly vetted out during the testing process.
I am less than impressed with the response from vortex.. "yea we know it's broke, we have some parts coming in to fix it, should be here in a few months, we will put you on the list"
It's a brand new scope, with known issues... I shouldn't have to wait to get it working the way it should of worked out of the box..
