Hello,

I recently purchased a LaRue Tactical QD Pivot Mount LT649 from the website but i had a question regarding the fit. The mount that i received has what i believe to be excessive amounts of shaft play, when the magnifier is fixed behind my aimpoint. I can move the optic up and down and there is a noticable amount of play. When looking at the weapon from the side, i notice that the magnifier is pointing at an upward angle compared to the rest of the weapon. When pushing up on the magnifier, the mount will move and the setup will be at the proper angle. I was wondering if this was normal. I love this mount and would like to get the same model if this one is faulty. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible. Thanks.
