I ordered an Ed Brown grip saftey. The lower portion of it was out of square and even if I removed enough material to make it function, the opposite side would have huge gap. I sent it back for an exchange easily enough. Today, my replacement came. There is even note on the packing slip to check the part, but it has the same problem as the first one. I have other grip safeties that fit in the frame, so it isn't the frame. Because of the way the exchange was done, I can't do the return through the website. I called customer service and they said that I had to fill out the return form and send it back on my dime. Seriously? I've been a customer for over 15 years. I remember the days when if something like this happened a call tag was issued without even asking for it. And to top it all off, your shipping options suck. 4-7 days from IA to MN? And they usually take the 7. I can get anything from midway in 2 days, and if it's over $25 I can add a $.69 pen refill to my cart and get free shipping.
