I saw a guy at the range that had a post ban PWA, I didn't look at the SN but it was stamped with a date on the opposite side of the receiver.
This was without a doubt a post ban.
It is a sad thought, but with all the internet list's out there, (with conflicting and sometimes incorecct info) who can trust them.
Saddly, I think that most if not all PWA lowers were actually manufactured before the ban, but alot of the post ban ones you see just didn't get put together or matched up with parts kits in time.
Yes, contrary to what you read here sometimes, all you had to do was have all the parts to build one before the ban, you didn't have to put it together.
