I have made shure that the gun it's self is spotless, talkin cleaning it with q-tips and toothpicks, nothing but metal and a bit of gun oil.
The ammo is Winchester 55gr FMJ Q3131, cheap and dirty, but I figured it should cycle. I usually use black hills 55gr FMJ and it has worked flawlessly. I guess my gun could just not like the winchester, but i wondered if polishing the chamber would allow the gun to operate with a few other shells.
Also i noticed that the cases when removed had vertical striations, I am guessing came from the chamber.
The Mags are USGI and on new colt 30rnd, haven't noticed and better function from any of them.
