I have the Red Barn Armory one on a non-LaRue barrel. My understanding is that it is the same as the Radical.
It's a piece of crap. You can't get to the set screw after it's installed, it's against the shoulder of the barrel. The set screw just literally snugs up against the threads of the "metering" screw. The metering screw is just a set type screw that goes into the path of the gas. I'm honestly not sure how much more cheaply they could have designed the thing. You're not going to adjust it on the fly many times. Even if you set the tension just right on the set screw, the threads are going to loose up on the metering screw eventually.
If you want to set it and forget it, it'll work fine. Like if you're just trying to dial in the gun to shoot soft.
