A friend and I ordered some 16" M4 uppers a few weeks back, and they arrived before the election. All three has a slight greenish-blue tint to the aluminum, but it was only really bad on two of them so we sent them back for you to inspect / replace.
My friend finally called last week and spoke to a representative who acknowledged that you had received the uppers on Nov. 6th, but that was it. He said that he'd call back when he got a chance, and since then we've heard nothing.
I know that things are crazy right now, but this is an easy problem to resolve. If manhours devoted to performing repairs isn't an option, and you have some black uppers, I'll happily swap them out myself. I'd rather get them delivered right and ready to shoot, but I'm willing ot make a concession of my time to help get this sorted out.
I guess the frustration is the fact that I've spent over $1000 for something that wasn't right, and now that it's returned we can't seem to get any feedback / status check / resolution.
The original order number was 40311

We have responded to your email on 11/16.
We are swamped beyond any measurable amount. Maybe 1000% normal high volume. Probably more. We have more than doubled staff, went to two shifts, and have overtime that is off the charts.
I have seen both uppers and they look very black to me. One is maybe very slightly less black than the other. I do admit that many folks have better color vision than I might. I really don't think if I pull another one off the shelf if you would like it any better.
In order to get you a resolution right away, we will get you a full refund processed immediately so you can move forward with your AR15 projects. I sincerely apologize for the delays. We are all working as hard as we can.
There is a HUGE shortage of all AR15 parts right now (only going to get worse), and we do not want to hold up your projects. It will process today, but may take up to 4 business days to post to your credit card account (depending on your issuing bank).
Thank you for your patience and very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
