Wow! SWFA, you have incredible customer service.
I placed an order early Thursday morning via the web site for a scope, rings, and accessories. Immediately after clicking submit, I realized I had forgot to add a scope cover to my order. I sent an email to the address listed on ar15 explaining the mistake and I asked to have the cover included. Just to be safe, I called the store Thursday morning as well.
A customer service rep answered the phone promptly. Next, he contacted the warehouse to confirm my scope cover had been added in as requested. To my surprise, the customer service rep confirmed not only that my cover was there, but he also confirmed that my order had already been packed and shipped. Sure enough, by 9am the next morning I had my complete and correct order in my hand.
If any one else out there is considering purchasing optics, I highly recommend that you give SWFA your business. Of course, their prices are fantastic, but their fast, friendly, and professional staff are really what make them stand out from other internet mass market retailers.
