I vote Larue. Go for the Cantilever mount if you plan on putting a magnifier behind it. Battery storage is a plus as well.
To the poster above, what you said is complete idiocy. ARMS is the issue optic mount on all Mk. 12 SPR's & USMC SAM-R's and If there are any AAR's about them falling apart over there I'd like to read them. I myself used ARMS high rings on deployment for 9 months doing everything from MOUT, & mounted patrols to '53 insert foot patrols. Marcus Luttrel's Mk12 fell down a mountain with him in Afghanistan and survived that firefight and his ordeal for weeks after. Try not to get ahead of yourself.
