I will be running a Harris BRM-S series so all 3 should work.
30525 is QD and has yaw (adjustable panning) feature. This will add the feature of smoothly tracking something in motion, or panning across FOV.
30526 is QD but is fixed allowing only swivel/roll. It would only allow your Harris to work along the lines of the original design.
31761 will be the similar feature set as 30525 just with different controls on yaw. Lever tucked out of the way nicer and likely gives a finer adjustment on tension.
