So I think I finally settled down to a rifle worth hassling with the SBR tax stamp process before trimming it down a bit and it got me thinking about doing a caliber conversion to 6.8 or 7.62x39 mm but the rifles and pistols that I have always suffered mag issues with c-products on the 7.62 and other companies with different ones and I was wondering if anyone had tried to convert there pmags for a different caliber.

One of the main reasons is living here in CA it's not easy to get many mags large enough except pmags to convert to different rounds with 10 capacity.
