Lived with it as a minor annoyance rather than sending it back, getting a replacement, and suffering double shipping charges.
Should have set it and epoxied it so it wouldn't move.
Point of post is not that it failed from the beginning and I was too cheap to send it back. Point is there's not replacement part available short of buying a whole new unit at full list just to get the failed part replaced.
FWIW: I'm replacing it with a Falcon Industries Ergo AR15 target Grip. Hopefully it'll be a better product and they'll stand behind it better.
Note to DPMS: That's what customers do when they aren't happy with your customer service...they buy another product from somebody else.
I may be a whiner, but I'm not giving them another chance to sell me a product that doesn't work and doesn't last.
