Hi Steve! My friend and I purchased two new 20" Coyote complete uppers and one 16" Predator Pursuit. Finally got around to shooting his Coyote. We were sighing in a scope and fired two rounds, removed the mag (still had ammo in it) and I pulled back on the charging handle and it was stuck. Held the handle and bumped down easy on bench and it came loose. Swapped charging handles with my Coyote and the same charging handle hung up on mine - his Coyote worked with my handle. Examined his charging handle and noticed the front portion is shorter than both of mine: his miked .541", and mine miked .594 for the Coyote and .609" for the PP. Also placing both Coyote handles side by side, the malfunctioning handle is about 1/16" shorter. Also noted that when releasing the bolt catch, the charging handle doesn't completely close and becomes hung up. Bright metal spot on bottom of front portion of handle and the back side (maybe hitting BC bump). I guess the handle is being wedged between top of BC and bottom of gas/key tube. Please advise of a path forward. We bought these complete uppers and then the lowers through Joe Bob's. Thanks!
