That's ZM Weapons stuff. There's a thread over on the general firearms discussion board about a possible group purchase of these.www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?id=99237
naraT, as far a barreling your upper goes you should check the Build it Yourself forum.
Just as an overview, removing a barrel is just a matter getting the right tools, yanking the gas tube off, put a wrench on the nut and twist it off. Installing one is pretty simple too.
One piece of not-in-the-manual advice I've read is to torque down the barrel 3 times and torque it the last time to 40+ ft/lbs of torque. ArmaLite found out that 35 wasn't enough and that's what the manual said.
You should download the TM, buy a video, ask on Build it Yourself forum or whatever but get documentation and understand it before you start. It's not hard to do but it can absolutely be screwed up if you don't pay attention.
You gadget freaks with too much money can have that ZM stuff. It looks like a well made purple Olympic OA-93 upper to me.
